Hi I applied for a phone contract yesterday evening I got confirmation email about half hour after that then nothing until this morning to say about my direct debit details being right again no emails since yet I've just come home to find DPD have been and gone what do I do now ?

@Wong79 I’ll be very surprised if that was the device you ordered. Are you expecting something else from elsewhere?

Nothing at all and it was DPD but when daughter got to door he was already away

When you track your DPD order does it show your phone is on its way back to EE?

Strangely enough when I got home there was no card so DPD wouldn't help without a number then suddenly it appeared so he most defo came back but didn't knock at all. The codes on card don't say where it is just says delivery failed really kind of hoping now it's not my phone and someone has just sent something without saying
