Anyone got their s24 ultra 1tb??? I rang customer service yesterday and apparently the waiting time for s24 ultra 1tb is about 28 days??? If I'll receive mine after 28 days will I still be able to receive my free galaxy watch?

The last date to claim the watch is 29th February through the Samsung claims portal.

Oh is that so? Hmm. But the thing is I rang customer service and the waiting time for the s24 ultra 1tb titanium grey is about 28 days? And if that's the case I won't be able to get my free galaxy watch then.😞 is there way EE can expedite this?

This offer was for orders between 17th January - 25th January. The 28 day estimate is for orders placed today, and they're sent out in the order in which they were placed, clearing the oldest orders first. There should be enough time to receive the phone and claim the watch.

Yes, I placed my order on 24th of January in EE Crewe. But still, there's no movement at all from my order. Could you help me with this?

We clear and send them out in the order in which they were placed. DPD will be in touch with you when it is ready to be delivered.

No disrespect meant, but I'm not sure how accurate these timescales are.

I am still waiting for my S24 ultra 1Tb (Grey) having originally been quoted a 21 day dispatch window.

This target was missed today, but the EE UK website has been listing "Usually dispatched in 7 days" since last Wednesday.

I called up today to be told that I should expect dispatch within 7 days. Which if latest would make my phone 7 days late according to the original estimate and that there was a queue system in place so I "should" receive my phone before someone who ordered last Wednesday.

If this is true then I should get a dispatch email at the latest today or tomorrow if not and there is a queue system in place then I don't see anyway those dates could be fulfilled for new customers.

I would also request that if anyone has ordered a s24 Ultra 1Tb Grey after 4th Feb and received already please let me know here.

lol i hope mine doesn’t get late too, on mine says “ usually dispatched in 1 day” from the day of the purchase 😃 so I don’t know . Hope you get yours soon.

Quick update.

The phone finally showed up yesterday out of the blue with a DPD knock at the door, so despite ordering at the start of Feb I got it 1 day before I would if I'd ordered it last Wednesday and If I ordered today I'd get it tomorrow, so I guess either the queue was very small or EE got a huge load of stock in.

So you should get yours on time.

YMMV but I didn't get an email from EE to say it was dispatched nor from DPD. My only notification was a text from 150 to notify me of the contract changes I'd made when ordering the new phone which prompted me to check the delivery tracker which went straight to dispatched.
