I got a letter from EE that says Delivery Note and talking about me ordering an item and want to have it returned 🙃. I did not order anything From EE. I am soo confused

I also want to find out how I can stop my unlimited subscription.

@Hays2 You need to call customer services about this letter.

This unlimited subscription is that for a contract? Can you give more information on that.

I bought a sim card and was having it as pay as you go. I buy 8G for 10 pound every month. I got a call from EE giving me an offer of unlimited data for 21 pounds every month. I can't tell if is contract.

I called EE but no one answered. Can I have a number to call on ?
