Which option did you choose? Because via online you have to choose the one that states 1TB but you only pay for the 512 version.

Can I ask why the device cost goes up when you change from the 512 version to the 1tb?

Surely the price should remain the same?

I got to the checkout section online and I saw nothing about the discount..

I ended up ordering on the phone but I still ended up paying the same as I would when selecting 1tb online as well, so I'm left wondering where this free storage upgrade is?

The free storage is included.

There are 3 levels of storage on the S24 they currently don't have the option to choose 256 seeing as it goes to 512 on the promotion.

So when you click 1tb you are paying for 512mb version.

Thanks

I did think that, it was just with the 256 option not there at all, it isn't as clear as it should be.
