I'll jump on this thread, as having this exact issue - cannot locate invoice number following upgrade to new S24.

I am apparently eligible to claim free gift (Galaxy6 watch) but cannot locate invoice number to authenticate claim.

The upgrade and order was done over the phone via EE helpline, i've received contract documents but nothing with an invoice number, only a reference number.

Have you received an order number?

You should also have a delivery note that came with your new phone.

Hi, I'm having the same issue. I Have the order number but cannot find the invoice number and today is the last day to claim the watch.
