You will need to call CS on 150 to get your order cancelled.

Hi @Hrachik.

To cancel an order we recommend speaking with our customer care team or visiting your local EE Store.

If you refuse delivery of the device, this will be returned to EE and your order will be cancelled.

@Hrachik : If you ordered by phone or online you always have a statutory cooling-off period up to 14 days after delivery to cancel your order FoC. If you ordered in-store you have no such "change-of-mind" right of return.
