No order confirmation

Hi.

I placed an order this afternoon for the Samsung s23.

Paid the upfront cost of £30 which is showing on my account but no order number given at checkout or email.

I've checked all email boxes in case it went into junk.

The only proof of the order going through is the payment on my bank.

Can't get through via telephone.

Just had the exact same experince, iPhone 15 pro, £100 paid upfront. Blank confirmation screen, no emails, nothing, what the?

Doesn't exactly fill me with confidence joining EE.
