New contract

Hello, I just ordered a new phone and sim, just spent £30 upfront and it’s come out my bank… however while I was on the page it just went white and now I can’t copy and paste it as it’ll go to the EE Home Screen. I haven’t received no emails or anything about this. Can anyone help please? I’m not sure if it’s been confirmed or if their holding my money,

on the link it has this /checkout/orderConfirmation/

and a bunch of letters and numbers, I’m very worried may someone help please.

Have you received an email confirmation yet?

Is the payment showing as pending or completed in your banking app?

Cancel your order because EE will increase your charged in April. Wait until then, at least you'll get a year at the advertised price before they rip you off.
