Hi,

I filled online form for I Phone 15 Pro Max 1TB when it comes the time to pay i entered my card details payment hasbeen deducted and form stuck there when i refreshed everything was lost. I did not receive any order number or any details ? What to do 200£ upfront is deducted.

Is the payment showing as pending in your online banking?

Yes it is pending. Please refund it asap i received email as well that i cant receive phone due to low credit score.

I'm sorry to hear your application wasn't successful.

If the payment is just showing as pending, the payment won't be completed due to the credit check result.

Your bank will release the funds back to you soon.

Hi @Kamrankhan123,

As the payment wasn't completed, there isn't a need to generate a refund.

Your bank should be able to advise you on how long they will withhold the pending payment from your balance.
