Hi, on placing my order, my device arrived but not my free gift.

what step should I take next?

@Mark_robson What phone did you order ? As you normally have to claim the gift. You are not sent it with the device.

Hi Chris, thanks for reply.

I ordered a google pixel 8 pro, it said all I had to do to claim free gift was to place the order, the free gift was a Fitbit charge 6.

I thought there may be more to it, but when I looked into it, it said it was that simple.
