Hello. I ordered my pixel 8 on the last day of the offer where free pixel ear buds were included. I now have the phone but am awaiting the ear buds. Does anyone know how long this takes?

Hi - it states that we need a qualifying document to submit the claim. I
have the order number but not an official document from EE. Is this
something you can help me with?

Do you still have your delivery note or receipt if you purchased in store?

If not, please get in touch with Customer Care and the team will arrange to send you a proof of purchase.

No - I have an email confirming the order. It was most of the information
that google requests other than the store location from where I bought it
from. Do you think the email will suffice?
