      <title>Upgrade anytime return phone</title>
      <link>https://community.ee.co.uk/t5/Orders/Upgrade-anytime-return-phone/m-p/1334537#M72900</link>
<description>&lt;P&gt;Morning, starting to get a bit worried. I have done an upgrade anytime upgrade. New phone received and return envelope arrived. I have sent the old device back by Royal Mail Special Delivery. Checking the tracking, the old phone arrived and was signed for the delivery on Monday Morning at 07:40. I have since had a reminder to send and a final reminder threatening the £500 allowance will be lost if not returned. Has anyone experienced similar? Can I chase anyone? I have done an online chat by a lovely lady but was just told don’t worry you have 30 days. I know it’s still quite quick after the return but just worry about constant reminders. Thanks&lt;/P&gt;</description>
