I ordered the iPhone 15 pro max . Dpd have had if for over a week and I'm getting the same text message about a problem in the area.. all my contract details are on the ee website. But no phone . This is worrying

I am in the same situation . Dpd have had my phone for almost 2 weeks now and are saying there's a problem in my area... EE have not been in touch with me over it . No one wants to tell me what is going on I'm getting worried as thos is a Christmas present for my daughter. .. did u get ypur phone in the end Aaron?

Dpd are still sending the same message , there's a delay in my area .. the package arrived at their depot on 21 November but I still haven't recieved it .. there's no tracking info . I'm really worried this is my daughters Christmas present . EE have not even contacted me about this
