Hi there,

So I am at the final stage of taking out a phone on finance, and it is asking me to pay the upfront cost. I assume at this stage the credit check has not been carried out. Will I receive my money back if the credit check fails?

Yes, if the order doesn't fully go through, you'll be refunded any up-front fees.

Hi @Ali5125.

If a credit check fails a refund will automatically be processed for any funds taken from your account.

Usually the funds will be pending with your bank and released from pending within a couple of days.
