Error with order online

Have currently been on hold for half an hour, after I got a text saying an error occurred when ordering my upgrade online. Can anyone assist? Cant really stay on the phone much longer but look like will be on for over an hour ! Typical

no worries! I gave up last night but managed to get through to a lovely person no the phone who got me sorted!
