Hi,

made an order over the phone for collection in store.
I need to return it and the lady on the phone said I could return it in store? and they would do the returns for me… Is this right? As I don’t want to make a wasted journey.

What is the reason for returning it? Did you order over the phone to be delivered to store, or did you do the original order in store?
