Samsung S23 Plus delivery

Just wondering if the same has happened to anyone else, I ordered the Samsung galaxy S23+ and was told I would get a notification of when DPD would deliver, it says the phone is released tomorrow, however DPD rang whilst I was at work and said they tried to deliver but I wasn't in, I obviously won't be in till tomorrow when I'm expecting delivery, just wondering if anyone had this same issue.

And if it's a failed delivery today will they try again tomorrow? I've not even had a tracking number or any text or message from DPD.

You can reschedule your delivery via the DPD app.

Thanks James, they called me not long back to re-arrange delivery, I didn't know I had to have the app downloaded to get the notifications, downloaded the app and re-arranged for tomorrow.

No have not had that problem but ordered a new s23 but as of yet estimated delivery date.
