Missing order details

I had a phone call from EE with black friday deals,

i committed to the apple watch SE deal they said it would be delivered the next day via DPD, i haven't recieved any confirmation email or delivery information regarding this, im checking spam and my regular inbox and still recieved nothing.

what do i do? has the order been made?
