Collecting phone from store

My phone has said it’s delivered on DPD on Tuesday afternoon but I still haven’t received a text to say I can collect it. How long is the wait for this normally?

Yeah I tried this 😞 and they said it hadn’t been processed yet and I had to wait until I had a text to say ready to collect *eye roll* which was yesterday morn. I just didn’t know if that was normal!

Kudos to you as I would have kicked off. What a poor excuse as it likely takes minutes to sort out. They obviously didn't give you a time frame.

I would suggest calling CS on 150 and asking them to expedite the "processing".
