i placed an order for the iphone 15 pro max 256GB white titanium on the 21st of october and someone from the support team said i will get my phone within the next 5 days and tomorrow will be the seventh day when i'm supposed to get my phone but i still haven't recieved any sort of update on the phone or gotten an email/message today for the phone.

The current delivery estimate for that device is to expect dispatch within 7 days. Hopefully you hear from DPD soon.

Yes. It’s been 7 days so when will i get my phone? My transaction for the phone is still pending which means dpd doesn’t have my phone right?
