Changing to EE 0 in midst of changing from O2 to EE - no got SIM yet but had £50

In midst of changing from O2 t EE. Ordered sim online and received all paperwork but have now received an email which says £50 deposit is taken. If this was in the Ts and Cs I did not see them. If this is taken from my bank account when will it be returned

Does the email advise the deposit will be added to your first months bill?

To discuss the deposit, I would suggest calling us and the team will get this looked into for you and let you know when this would be refunded.
