Hi there

1) I cannot find live chat is there an issue?

2) I am waiting for a replacement sim. No order number given when arranged So I can chase) just email confirmation. Over a week and nothing. Who can I contact. Having to ise my Lebara phone number.

@gronline It isn’t open at 5:30am. Customer services isn’t 24h

SIM cards are sent via Royal Mail 2nd class.

You can access live chat in the EE app within the Help section if you have a pay monthly personal account.

If this does not show, please call us from any other phone.

Logged in to my sim only monthly account but chat not showing!!
