It seems load of people are having issues with DPD and the mysterious disappearance of consoles, I ordered mine on Tuesday eve, it got collected on the same day by DPD and then just vanished into thin air

i have got in contact with DPD they said and I quote “raise a complaint with EE as it’s an issue on their end” even tho it says on my DPD app that it was collected from the sender and then “There is a delay with your parcel from EE” and that’s the last update I got from DPD, honestly seems fishy to me that’s they collected it and nothing happened after

Our customer care team have a process to follow for missing parcels.

Have DPD confirmed the parcel is missing?

EE have raised a dispute with DPD regarding my issue (I believe) just waiting a response regarding the dispute

I haven’t had a single update since I raised the dispute and it’s been longer than 72 hours

starting to get really annoyed with this service
