i have had my order cancelled and awaiting a refund of 50.00 how long does this take and i purchased the pay every month of 60.00 this payment won’t go out my bank will it as i have had my order cancelled and don’t want to be losing money when i can’t have my item!

I ordered a phone on the website, but I received a refusal and 30 pounds were charged from the card. I want it returned to me.

I called and they told me that they would return the money right away.

@Gulchekhra it takes up to 14 days to be refunded. This process has to be approved and checked its not an automatic refund process.

Can I ask, did you eventually get your refund? How long did it take?
