Hi, I ordered iPhone 15 pro max 256gb on Wednesday for my husband who’s birthday is tomorrow. Obviously I had no idea about the delays. Anyone knows how long is the wait pls

all orders for this the iPhone 15 unit lines are in very high demand.
I have put up a few explanations in regards to this matter.

All Network providers will be working of expected stock levels from orders they have placed with their suppliers (Apple), it is then down to Apple to provide the networks with units.
This is outside of the networks control as they can only work with what they have been supplied.
Networks then work on a first come first served basis as they have to fulfil orders that was placed for the models to get have received.
for example,

30 orders placed for black model 10 for white model, Apple sends 20 black models 5 white,

First 20 for the black model will be fulfilled and 5 for the white, the remaining orders will then become priority for the next stock intake.

EE will only be able to give you an estimated date for your order to be completed as they will look at the estimated stock levels they should have only if their provider (Apple) has fulfilled their order.

Apple has announced that they are stating to ship more units to providers and thus shortening the waiting times but due to supply and demand for the unit there is still some long waiting times that are out of the control for all providers.
