After waiting past the 28 days lead time, we are now being told "there still no stock, we have no date to give you"

Fact: These are available if you are buying the phone rather than going on contract.

Basically - if you ordered this phone on contract, you will have to wait and will receive no camms... no guide time...

FYI - keeping track of this journey to go on the end of the tech review.

This has been a terrible journey & as a customer of at least 10 years ultimately disappointed.

Customer service in general has been slipping for a few years now, lots of loyal customers dissatisfied with both Apple and EE in my own experience.
