I ordered my iPhone 15 Pro max in white on 4th October, had my confirmation email and weekly updates to say its close to delivery! Has anyone that ordered around the same time had there's delivered yet? Just wondering if I'm close to getting mine or if I'm still weeks off lol. 🤔

Back orders are being dispatched on a first come, first serve basis as stock arrives from our supplier.

Sadly that doesn't appear to be the case 😕 as there's people on here saying that they only waited 4 weeks and they got their phone, which they ordered after me. I've not been waiting almost 6 weeks.

I called them again today and all I got was its stating over 28 days, I said so your telling me I have to wait another 28 days she just said if you order now it's 28 days! But that's not what I'm asking 🤔 so no they haven't got a clue 🙄

It's absolutely terrible 😞 hopefully you get yours this week. Even some sort of update would be nice. Not your order is nearly ready every week but getting no closer to finding out when.

I ordered on the 28th of September and no longer receive weekly updates and they’ve told me they have no idea when I’ll get the device no hope to receive it this month at all.

yes I was the same. Ordered on 5 October still no joy and I have just spoken to EE today and it's still a 28 day wait fro the white. I have changed to a blue titanium which is in stock and coming out today. My advice would be to change your order from white.

Hey 👋 all,

I have explained on a few posts now in regards to the Apple 15 units… Apple announced at the release date that there was a high demand for the new units across the board so there will be significant delays affecting themselves and all network providers.

Apple receive stock and allocate their own stores first, then allocate stocks to providers and this is outside of any network providers control.

network providers will place a stock order with their suppliers (Apple) and then take orders on predicted stock levels they will have at a given time to meet their orders taken from customers.

so if they have 30 orders and only get allocated 20units, the first 20 orders in first come first served order and the remainder 10 will move up the priority list and repeat.

Also goes for models you ordered and what stock they received, you could order white, and they get black stock, thus orders for black will be shipped to customers who ordered that colour in the same first come first served order and repeat 👌

Apple have recently announced that they are shortening the waiting time limits so they are slowly catching up on their supply and demand issues.

So after 47 days I’ve finally received my dpd text just. So for the people waiting it’s long but hopefully it’s quicker now ee are getting more stock.

I actually had a conversation through messenger today with someone from EE, which was much more helpful than the call centre. He explained everything and said as of yesterday the white device is currently a 14 day wait now rather than over 28 days as Apple are getting more stock. He did say if I wanted to change colour to blue I could have that within 48 hours. So if anyone is wanting there device sooner and willing to change colour the blue 1 seems to be the 1 to go for.

I have received my text this morning from DPD to say they have my parcel. I almost changed to blue aswell. Glad I held on. Hopefully they are getting ontop of the orders now and you will all get yours soon too.

I told you that the waiting time will come down slowly as apple has been able to provide more stock and the demand is slowly coming down.
