Hey, I ordered the Google pixel 8 pro, 256gb in-store on the 20th October. I have phoned 150 for an update. They cannot help. I phoned the store and they suggested if it isn't here by Friday which is 3 weeks, to cancel the order. I don't want to cancel. But I don't want to wait months.

Has anyone else ordered in-store? Is there a different customer service number for those orders.

How long have others been waiting. Thanks 😀

@Annamaria85 if you order in store, then your dealings are with that store for that order. Customer services can not help with store orders.

online orders for the 256 gig in all three colours are between 7 and 14 days waiting. You should have had this by now with a store order.

Hey. Thank you for the info. Unfortunately the store have just said cancel the order on Friday if it's not arrived. I don't really want to tbh. Me and hubby ordered one each. I would have thought to have these by now also.
