I ordered my iPhone 15 pro max in white at the start of October and have had no delivery updates at all and it’s been around 30 days now since I ordered… anyone else having this issue?

256 gb on the website it says 21 days and all I get is you’ll get a dpd notification when it’s been dispatched but it’s now six weeks of waiting with nothing being heard.

The dispatch guidance on the website is for new orders placed today.

Back orders are being dispatched on a first come, first serve basis as stock arrives from our supplier.

You'll receive a delivery notification from DPD as soon as your delivery slot is confirmed.

I get that but if people order one today and get it in three weeks when people ordered in September and have been waiting 6 weeks it’s not really fair waiting that long. Dpd will text but not any time soon been told the same thing for the last 6 weeks: it will come soon within the next week and it never does.

Estimated dispatch timescales for new orders will change as stock availability increases.

As you've already ordered, you'll still receive your phone before someone placing an order for the same phone today.

My phone ordered, same model and colour should have been due now with the 28 day timescale, i spoke to ee this morning and was told stock due in another 21 days, I’ve cancelled and ordered the blue that I should get in 3 days.
