What do you want them to tell you a your order ? &amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&amp;nbsp; That can’t &amp;nbsp;be delivered as they can not yet allocate a device to you as you’re not next in the queue to receive that model type. &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;How do EE keep you updated on something that can not be fulfilled at present. &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Customers complain when they receive an email from EE with its stating your “order is on track” that’s all it can say because they can’t yet fulfil that &amp;nbsp;order, how can more information be given. &amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;And then customers complain about not receiving an update about a delivery that has a huge backlog log of orders. &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Take&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://community.ee.co.uk/t5/Orders/iPhone-15-pro-max/td-p/1323149" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;THIS&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp;for example. &amp;nbsp;Ordered a week ago and wants to know if they get it sooner than the estimated date. &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; Never mind who ordered before them and are still waiting for their device.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hi all,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;For those who are waiting on the Iphone 15 Pro Max (not sure if this is helpful!)….but I am also waiting on one, 256GB in Black, ordered on 27/10.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;When you go to order one, it now says “usually dispatched within 21 days” whereas before we were seeing “expect more than 28 days”….hopefully this means they are on their way?!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I know the communication from EE hasn’t been great but we just have to be a little patient &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":slightly_smiling_face:"&gt;🙂&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I agree, they can’t give customers information they don’t have yet and those who have ordered the phone within the last couple weeks shouldn’t really expect an update yet in this current situation -&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;However my post was purely to try and give those who have been waiting 50+ days a bit of hope.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Why does EE have so long waiting time for the devices? Apple got them in Stock, O2 got them in stock… if I wasn’t upgrading I’d buy from competitors. If you order one from O2 they offer next day delivery. Here I’m waiting for more than 2 weeks already and haven’t even got a message with any update. When I check in the app it says there’s no order, when I track order with the order ref. no. I received in the order confirmation email it says that DPD will contact me. But when??? How long more do I need to wait??? 🥺&lt;/P&gt;</description>
