Back order of goods

I have just upgraded both my phone and tablet. I have received my phone but my laptop is on back order. Does anyone know how long it would take to receive my laptop? I have tried to contact EE through chat but had no answer.

I'm just worried that my bill will be due before I receive my goods and I will have to pay for something that I have not yet received.
