So apparently from Friday the 27th my phone is at the DPD warehouse. To be told that I will have to wait 2-3 working days, if I don’t receive by then to contact EE again. But also been told that my phone was at the DPD warehouse since the 25th, waiting to be picked and allocated, I was told as soon as it’s at DPD 24hrs from then. No one at EE seems to know what is going on.

Have you received a delivery notification from DPD?

If you haven't, you'll receive a text from them as soon as stock has arrived to fulfil your order.

I can confirm it is still on back order, with orders being fulfilled on a first come, first serve basis.

can you see the conversation if your saying they are on back order why would they say this if isn’t true? I’d rather be told the truth then palmed off with information that isn’t true.

You'll receive your dispatch notification directly from DPD when they schedule your delivery.

Can I ask a simple question - if they are being dispatched on a first come first served basis, then why have people on this community received their handsets when their order was placed after mine? Same handset, same memory capacity and same colour… doesn’t seem first come first served.
