iPhone 15 Pro Max - Delivery Timescales

Hi,

I ordered the iPhone 15 Pro Max (White 256G) back on the 25th of September and as of yet apart from the order confirmation email, there has been no tracking update… just the “Sorry, we can’t show your order details right now”.

Given that it has been more than the 28 days since I placed the order, are there any availability updates on these units and expected delivery dates?

Hi,

Exact same thing for me, ordered on the same day as you, also the same colour, I haven’t had any updates other than a weekly “your order is coming soon”.

The only update I got so far is being told on the chat that I should receive my device within 7-8 working days (I’ll attach a screenshot of it) so…fingers crossed it’s true 🤞🏻

Hopefully we won’t be waiting much longer for the White versions.

I don’t think we can tell you exactly when your order will be delivered. Keep checking your DPD app, and also check the spreadsheet. Sadly it doesn’t matter how upset you get ee won’t do anything. Also theirs no point for you cancel and re-order because you waited more than 28 days. I hope you will receive your phone soon

As soon as there is an update regarding your order you will be notified.

At this moment all we can see here on the community is current delivery timescales which are more than 28 days.

If you would like to speak with someone regarding this please give us a call on 150.

So, I’ve just had another conversation via the EE chat and apparently now the waiting time for my device (Pro Max White) another 28 DAYS.

This is becoming beyond a joke, not sure why EE is handling this so poorly, a simple up to date estimated arrival would’ve helped!

So I called the customer services team and it was a waste of time.

They have no idea when the white versions will be available and just keep saying up to 28 days, even though the first 28 days have come and gone. It seems obvious when they have no idea, EE just state timescales in blocks of 28 days. I appreciate the supply issues, I just get fed up with absolutely no updates.

We allocate stock on a first come, first served basis, and the delivery timescale will vary depending on the colour and size variant you purchased.

As soon as we have your order and this has been dispatched DPD will be in touch to arrange delivery.

Heard it all before. I really don’t care anymore. I am out of contract and will be cancelling the order and current contract. EE on the whole are a shambles, so it’s time to try another provider.

Just thought I’d (hopefully) spread hope to anyone else waiting… I ordered a 15 Pro Max 256 NT on 03/10 got a confirmation email with xko order number. Have literally heard nothing else and haven’t been able to track my order at all. Then out of the blue this morning I get a text from DPD saying it’s been delivered today!
Really hoping for everyone else still waiting they get the same text soon 🤞

Forty days have passed since I placed the order and still nothing - spoke again with CS and they said, realistically early to mid December….that would be MORE THAN 70 DAYS!!!!

I contacted EE yesterday I ordered on 4th October and was told I'd have it on or before 24th October. They told me yesterday they have lots of back orders and haven't had a delivery from Apple yet. He couldn't give me a timescale said it could be next week or a few months 🤔 not very helpful.

Absolutely same story. Ordered on 4th October in white. Still nothing, customer support is useless. Not even approximate date, just "more than 28 days".
