Awaiting my iPhone 14 click and collect order

I ordered an iPhone 14 on Thursday 19th October and it said it was due to be at the store to be collected by Friday 20th. It has now been a week with no communication about my phone but I have an order confirmation. Tracking also will not work with my phone so I have no idea where it is! Please advise me where I can check, it really should update me if the delivery is delayed!

Hi Leanne,

I ordered the IPhone 14 in blue with 128GB. Someone actually helped me to order it over the phone and said if would be ready in 24 hours.

Have you tried calling the store to see if this has arrived?

Have DPD text you at all with tracking details?

Hi Leanne,

I haven't received a text from either DPD or EE. I have waited to call the store because I was told I would receive a text telling me I can collect the phone.
