Hi I'm really disappointed ordered the pixel watch 2 on the day it was announced, I was told I would get it on release day then told I would have it by today. Can you please tell me what's going on? Pixel watch 2 lte in hazel

Same issue for me. Ordered on the 06/10/2023. I have been asking and asking for an update and got nothing. A complaint was opened which has just been closed today. With nothing saying why it was closed. Hope you hear something soon

If you haven't received a notification from DPD, your order hasn't been dispatched yet.

Pre-orders are being dispatched on a first come, first serve basis as stock arrives from our supplier.

You'll receive your tracking information via text message as soon as stock arrives to fulfil your order.
