I purchased a s23 ultra online and paid the upfront costs its pending from my bank account? Does that mean I've been accepted as not had no email or text confirmation.

If an upfront payment has been taken from your bank this means your order has been received.

Our customer care team should be able to chase your order using your delivery address and name.
