iPhone 15 - anyone else waiting over 28 days?

Hi all, ordered the iPhone 15 pro max (standard colour and spec) on 21st September and still not delivered (currently a 32 day wait as of 23rd oct)

Phoned EE, but they were useless and couldn’t provide any more info.

anyone else waiting over 28 days or am I being fobbed off here?

why is EE having a problem with this? Everyone else already has the new phone

Yes I’m in the same boat as you. Ordered 256 pro max in Natural Titanium on the 21st of September. CS are not able to tell me when the phone will arrive. At this point I’m thinking of changing my order to 512 as online it is saying 7 days now rather than more than 28 days for 256.

I originally placed my order on 15 Sept but because of the problems EE had with their system, the details didn’t go through! By the time I realised this on release day, I then had to reorder and was told within a couple of weeks. Had no confirmation, rang customer service a couple of times now and expected delivery keeps changing. Latest was 28 days, a later conversation said 28 working days, so have been told first week in a November

Hi, I am the same. I ordered mine 20.09.23 and up until today 23.10.23 no update yet. I didnt even recieve any confirmation email or texts. They even charged me £6.99 for an express shipping for it.

Which colour/size did you order? If it helps, I didn't get any confirmation for about a week after placing my order. At the time I placed mine for the Pro Max 256 GB Natural Titanium I was told 'expect dispatch after 28 days'. This was on the 24th September. 2 weeks later I received an order number you can use to track your order through the EE tracking system.

Eventually the tracking system allocated me delivery between 30 Oct - 3rd Nov receiving texts once a week from EE letting me know my order was progressing. It is now 24 Oct and I have been contacted by DPD letting me know my phone is coming tomorrow! Technically dispatch was after 28 days but still earlier than my EE tracking system stated so happy about that. EE tracking still showing 30 Oct - 3 Nov so it's possible DPD will deliver before EE tracking updates. Hope this helps.

I had a text from EE yesterday with the ‘good news, my return pack was on the way and to reset my trade in device”. Still no word of my new phone!

Update - So phone finally turned up at 2pm today from the courier.

I would have gotten mine if the DPD driver didnt come later I took off an hour from work just to be home and he arrived 2 hours late so I had to reschedule. 😅

I ordered 27th September and still nothing. I was originally told it was being delivered the next day. When I spoke to someone yesterday they said it should have only been 21 days from ordering, but obviously not.
