No tracking information on my order

Morning I upgraded my phone to the 15 plus and when I add my tracking number it comes up saying unable to provide information but to keep an eye out for emails and DPD. Is this normal?

The dispatch estimate for that model is three days so tracking information should be available soon @Cassielouise.

You'll receive a text message as soon as your delivery slot is confirmed.

Hi @Cassielouise,

Delivery confirmation texts can be sent right up to 11am on the day of delivery.

If you download the DPD app and register your details, you may see a notification when they're expecting your parcel.

Hi yes already have nothing showing and when I put in tracking number on the EE app it says can't show me any details.
