    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I recently upgraded instore to iPhone 15Pro with an airtime sim contract.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The phone had to be delivered to me and by the time it was delivered I had changed my mind. I brought the phone back to the store for a refund so I could revert back to my old contract and choose a different upgrade at a later date.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;However the my EE app is saying that I am still on the new sim contract (which I refunded in store). How long will it take to show that I am able to upgrade again?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;But I did get a refund in store so that’s completely untrue that you cannot get a 14 day refund in store.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;im also just wondering when I will be able to upgrade again.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Please allow 2-5 working days for your account to revert back to your old plan.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Once this has been done, you'll be able to upgrade again.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;I'd recommend contacting the &lt;A href="https://ee.co.uk/store-finder" target="_blank"&gt;EE store&lt;/A&gt; you returned the phone to for confirmation it has been returned.&lt;/P&gt;
