iPhone 15 Pro Max Upgrade No Update

Hi, I did an upgrade over the phone and paid £30 upfront 20/09/2023. Have a copy of the contract and all but no confirmation at all. I was told to up to 28 days, I’ve also called twice with the same information but didnt recieve any update at all.

Okay thanks. It will be 30 days on the 20th but sure I will wait.

Hi, I was wondering it’s been 26th day now but i did not receive any confirmation email at all. I’m worried It didnt go through
