After being sent several e-mails and text messages and had my EE app pushing me to order an iPhone 15, I did but now all I get is it’s coming sometime after 28 days !!!

and the tracking don’t work !!
come on other networks have them in stock !

We allocate stock on a first come, first served basis, and the delivery timescale will vary depending on the colour and size variant you purchased.

As soon as we have your order and this has been dispatched DPD will be in touch to arrange delivery.

Me too! I ordered and was told I would have a 28 day wait. I have an order number. Everyone I try and track it- I get an error message.
very frustrating- other service providers didn’t seem to have stock shortage. I’ve ordered iPhone 15 pro max.

If the order tracker is not showing any details, can you try using the mobile number if you are currently using the email address?

Once the order has been dispatched you will receive tracking details from DPD for the delivery.
