topic contract ending in Orders

My contract is coming to an end. I have ordered a new contract that will be cheaper than my old one. Today I received a text message saying my contract is ending but my payments will stay the same. I have gone around in circles trying to find out about my new contract.

Unless you explicitly give disconnection notice on your existing plan, or cancel it using a PAC or STAC, it will continue on the same basis as it is now - nothing will change.

If your new contract is with EE, then you should now give that disconnection notice on your existing plan, and 30days from then - it will cease and the number be terminated.

If you have moved to a new network, then you can do this or use the PAC /STAC process - a PAC is for porting your number, a STAC is for just cancelling.
