Nope I've checked this several times, I have paid the upfront cost of £30 as well

So they refunded me my up front cost of £30, I placed another order this time for the iPhone 15 pro max 256gb and they’ve just sent my infront cost back again not accepted the order, I can see the email confirming I’ve placed the order I am an Employee as well? this was all online

I’m not sure what the number is for the employee line as when I call up EE they say they can’t help me as I’m trying to apply for the employee contract
