I have no photo ID what other forms of ID will EE accept?

I have an appointment in store but need ID the person on the phone said they would accept other forms of ID but I forgot to ask what kind. Any help would be gratefully appreciated.

Please take with you, either a passport, driving licence or national ID card.

The name on your ID must match the name of the person who placed the order. If a driving license is being used as a form of proof, the address on the customer’s driving licence must match that of their EE account address for it to be accepted.

The assistant store manager in the Reading branch has said EE won't accept EU national ID and it's not company policy. Can you please confirm this?

Our stores may not be able to verify you with a non-UK ID card.

I'd recommend taking your passport for verification next time.

what about EU driving license? Is this acceptable as a proof of ID ? Or I need my passport ?

Even the EU ? I’m asking because one of the EE store refused to give me my order (phone) and I’ve been told to come back with my passport.

Our EE Stores will accept a passport (from any country) or a UK photocard driving licence.

my partner was robbed and doesnt have a passport his licnes was in his wallet - what other id can he bring instore to onlock his phone that he lovked over the phone the day after the incident! he had a seizure an d cant leav eth ehouse at the moment but needs his phone for work purposes! HELP

Hi, I have an in store appt booked and it says to have both passport/drivers license and debit card as for of ID. I dont have a physical debit card at the moment, would just the passport be okay or maybe a monzo card (except the monzo card doesn't have my full first name on it)?
