    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Placed order for an additional sim last weekend but still not received. &amp;nbsp;No delivery notification received although I have had a 'how is your new sim doing" email. &amp;nbsp;Account shows new line as active on my ee with temporary number. &amp;nbsp;Phone line informs unusually high volume of calls with 20 minute wait. &amp;nbsp;No chat available. &amp;nbsp;Tracking order via website returns an error. &amp;nbsp;Please provide a status update.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://community.ee.co.uk/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/3213841"&gt;@AJH1111&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; live chat is available, but these are the same agents that you call. &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; SIM cards are sent out second-class Royal Mail but &amp;nbsp;you should’ve had this by now. So I highly recommend you call customer services and speak with them about this.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
