What is going on?!?! It's a new phone launch day, and their phone lines are saying everyone is in a company meeting! Can't upgrade online as no tariff options available! This is an absolute joke!!! Does anyone have any info on what is going on!

Are EE safe?! Are they going under?! What has prompted an all hands meeting on a new phone launch day!?!

Why have you moved this to orders?! This is a whole community issue affecting every service within EE! Why is no one talking about this?!?!
