Did you ore order as an upgrade or new contract? I'm trying to pre order as an upgrade and can't get through to anyone!

On a side note, and answer to your question there will be a site that Google will release that you go to to claim your free gift. You cant do this until you receive your phone though as you need to provide your IMEI number and proof of purchase to be eligible for the promo.

Once you've done that and been approved you will receive the order directly from Google usually within 90 days of acceptance from Google on the above process.

On the page from which you pre-ordered it it said to look under the Features tab which says:

To redeem this offer and for full terms and conditions visit https://reward-promos.com/launch2023 . Claims can only be submitted after 14 days from the date the device is received and must be submitted by 29 November 2023.
