I recently arranged with EE store to send my phone back to EE as i can't get into the store so need to rearrange delivery, how long will this take for EE to receive my phone back and get in touch with me?

@bryoniwalker22 where did you purchase this from and why do you want to send it back ? There is no cooling off period for store sales.

I purchased this online and they delivered to the store instead of my home address but EE said the store would have to return it and they i would need to rearrange the delivery

Hi @bryoniwalker22,

It should only take a few days for the phone to be returned to the warehouse.

You'll need to place a brand new order once the return has been processed.
