Does anyone know what is the differnce b/w orders numbers?

The one which I received on email starts with 0033XX and when I speak with EE agents they mention order starting with 02577XXX.

But while tracking I can see only 0033 one and the 02577 one doesn't even show up upon tracking.

One will be your order number, and the other your tracking number.

Which one is the order number and which one is tracking as the email also states as order number.

It sounds from your description that the 0033 number is your tracking number, @Gourab
