Hi, im hoping someone can help I recieved a txt last saturday the 23rd Sept from EE with an order number, and a tracking link, when I entered the details it said the phone would be dispatched in 24hrs 5 days later after checking today its still saying dispatch in 24hrs. ive called EE and no one seems to be able to help, they dont seem to understand 24 hrs means 24 hrs and not 5 days, anyone have any ideas.. thanks

@Galaxy74 What phone ? Storage size and colour?

When ordering it says “usually dispatched in 24h”. It’s depending on what you ordered as there could be delay as the device is out of stock.

Its iphone 15 Pro Max 256 in Natural titainium, I ordered it on the 15th I thought once you were given an order number it would be dispatched hence the txt saying that dispatch would be in 24hrs, bearing in mind I didnt recieve the order numbner until the 23rd, I know they are in short supply but 24hrs is 24hrs not 5 days, if it was going to be 5 days or more why would I receive that txt, it doesnt make any sense
